Day 241, Year 546 of the Ascendancy

Today I went on another expedition to Alchemist’s Folly. This time,
however, unlike our last doomed expedition, the AF veteran Yor led us
through the narrow and dangerous entrance into the caverns. With Yor’s
expertise and muscle, we were able to make it through the tunnel in
record time.

Once we made it into the main caverns, we slowly
made our way through Alchemist’s Folly, all the while keeping our eyes
open for any hidden paths or illusions. Towards the end of the
expedition though, it seemed that this expedition too would be a
failure, for we had found nothing new.

That was when Tonle made a breakthrough. He
spotted a previously undiscovered PF path, and the rest of us quickly
gathered around it. It turned out that this pf path was very difficult,
though, and only a few of our pfs could see the path, and none could
open it.

After staring at the path for a while, we finished
exploring the rest of the caverns, and most of us headed back to town.
However a few exiles, including Tonle, remained behind to work on
openning this stubborn path. Hopefully when they do finally manage open
it, it will lead us to new and exciting areas.
