Day 314, Year 541 of the Ascendancy<\/font><\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

\nI’ve been spending a lot of my time studying lately, so I haven’t been
\nable to get out and do much of anything. Today, however, I finally got
\na brief respite from my studies, and found that I’d narrowly missed a
\nmassive Darshak invasion. Seems this invasion involved multitudes of
\nDarshak, and several Darshak waships. The Darshak were eventually
\nfought off, and the warships were eventually sunk, just off the coast
\nof Umbrion’s Isle. The exiles, thinking it suspicious that the warships
\nappeared so close to Umbrion’s Isle, decided to investigate. Their
\ninvestigations found a huge horde of Darshak, massed outside of
\nUmbrion’s Castle. The exiles swiftly dispatched the Darshak, in order
\nto prevent any further invasions. It really isn’t surprising that
\nUmbrion would consult with the Darshak, since his brother Tenebrion
\ndoes so constantly. Also, the ship being constructed in Umbrion’s
\nshipyard shows some suspicious resemblance to a Darshak Warship.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nAnyway, today I got to help out in several
\nrescues, including the rescue of Righ Badenoch, who was fallen in the
\ntunnels under Puddleby. The tunnels seem to be constantly expanding,
\nand there were several new passages that I’d not seen before. These
\nunderground passages could one day extend to places all over the isle,
\nso I suggest yi donate materials to their building efforts. One bad
\nthing I encountered during the rescue of Righ, was that the northern
\ntunnels were infested by Neo’dews, and even a few Mil’dews. It is
\nappauling to find that the minions of Qual have such a long reach, as
\nto reside beneath our own beloved town. Hopefully, the ‘dews will not
\nbe able to breed and multiply in the caverns, or we could have a real
\nfungus problem on our hands…<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
