Day 1, Year 542 of the Ascendancy<\/font><\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

\nThe recent Chaos Storm has deffinately brought some odd characters to
\nthe lands, and perhaps none are as odd or despicable as the pair that
\nsuddenly appeared in the East Forest. I was first alerted to their
\npresence by the ‘Zo Mac-arena, who informed me that there was some
\nbrutish exile cutting down trees in the East Forest. Now, I consider
\nthe southern parts of the East Forest to be my home, and this was too
\nclose to home for comfort. So, I followed Mac-arena’s guidance, as he
\nled me to the tree butcher.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nAs it turned out, the cutter of trees went by the
\nname “Potch Axer”. He was working for his “master”, who for some
\nunknown reason, needed a lot of wood. Spotting the wood about my
\nperson, he had the nerve to ask me if he could have my log of wood,
\nwhile he happily inserted his axe into a sapling. At first, I felt
\ncompelled to tell him where he could stick my wood, but after some
\nthought, I had a better idea. I made a deal with Potch, that if I gave
\nhim my would, he would take me to his master. He agreed.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

\nAs it turned out, his “master”, of all people, was
\na sylvan woodsman. Of course, yi could tell he was no true sylvan at
\nheart, for he lived within a wooden house, instead of the boughs of the
\nmagnificent trees about him. This sylvan, one “Coleman”, was cutting
\ndown the trees of the forest to create some blasted substance from the
\nlogs, called “charcoal”. What in Purgatory is charcoal, yi ask? I know
\nnot. I only know that the substance is used for heating, similar
\nperhaps to our tinder boxes. Except Coleman uses live trees. I gave a
\nfew harsh words with this Coleman, and his henchman Potch, and quickly
\nleft the dreaded clearing, which smelled of death. This Coleman had
\nbetter not move his operations any further south, or there will be the
\nAbyss to pay.<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
