Day 324, Year 545 of the Ascendancy<\/font><\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

\nThe 230th Chaos Storm has swept by the lands, and it seems the dwarves
\nhave finally finished construction of the new tunnels under town. There
\nare now passages extending to the south-west that lead to the Brewery
\nand the Purple Tor Inn.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nIt’s nice to have an alternate method of getting
\naround town, and the tunnels might come in handy if town were ever to
\nbe overrun by monsters.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nHopefully the new tunnels will go unnoticed by the Myrmtarr<\/u><\/a>.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nThe Puddleby underground isn’t the only
\nconstruction going on in the islands, however. It seems that the ‘Brion
\nbrothers have also been working on construction projects of their own,
\nand now the Keeps of the ‘Brion brothers are fortified by walls and
\nguarded heavily.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nTenebrion has also threatened to close down his portal to the Ethereal Plane.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nThis deteriorating relationship with the ‘Brions
\nseems to stem from the fact that the ‘Brions have yet to obtain the six
\nteleportation stones which they have repeatedly asked for. The ‘Brions
\nare offering a permanent portal to the Ethereal Plane in exchange for
\nthe stones.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nSo far, exiles have been reluctant about making
\nthe trade, but now the ‘Brions are putting pressure on us. The Mystics
\nof Puddleby are currently trying to negotiate with the ‘Brions, and
\ncome to some sort of agreement.<\/font><\/p>\n

\nHopefully this matter will be resolved soon, before our relations with the ‘Brions deteriorates further.<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
