Surprisingly, people have<br \/>\nbeen finding that there are no undine in the cave at all, even when<br \/>\nthere were no people hunting there. Even the Dark Cave, which is<br \/>\nusually a deathtrap for unwary adventures, has been devoid of its<br \/>\nundead denizens. Today, Yor formed a small party, and decided to<br \/>\ninvestigate Alchemist&#8217;s Folly(which can be found in the Dark Cave) in<br \/>\nsearch for clues of the missing undine.<\/font><\/p>\n<p>\n<font>We entered the cramped tunnel of Alchemist&#8217;s<br \/>\nFolly, and were surprised to find that there were undine there, and<br \/>\nslowly pressed forward as we were pelted by boulders from above. We<br \/>\nmade it out into the main chamber of Alchemist&#8217;s Folly, and had to<br \/>\nbattle through more hordes of undine. However, once we had dispatched<br \/>\nour undead foes, we found that there was nothing unusual about<br \/>\nAlchemist&#8217;s Folly. Disapointed, we left, the mystery of the missing<br \/>\nundine unsolved. Afterwards we did some hunting in the Scaramis Pen and<br \/>\non Dal&#8217;Noth Isle, where we encountered many Landews and Xar&#8217;Noths, and<br \/>\neven the rare Tuz&#8217;Noth.<\/font><\/p>\n<p>\n<font>Still, it is curious that the undine have suddenly<br \/>\ndisapeared from their cave. Some have speculated that the destruction<br \/>\nof the Nox Sorora Chapterhouse has rid the area of its undine<br \/>\ninfluence. Others believe that the disapearance of the undine has<br \/>\nsomething to do with the powerful undead spirits that have recently<br \/>\nbeen plaguing the Dark Chamber.
