The T&#8217;rool Outpost in south forest still remains<br \/>\nunopen, and no new areas have been discovered thus far. However, I have<br \/>\nheared that the Valley has grown much more difficult, and all<br \/>\nthroughout the day desparate cries for help in the Valley could be<br \/>\nheard over the sunstone. Personally, I had greater things to worry<br \/>\nabout, like my financial troubles, which have yet to improve. I am now<br \/>\nso poor that I have taken to studying in Parric&#8217;s cheaper library,<br \/>\ninstead of the more costly extention. At least my chain has been<br \/>\nholding up pretty well, and I&#8217;ve managed to get 63 uses out of it so<br \/>\nfar. Master Loovma Geer also says that I am progressing well in my<br \/>\ntraining, so I am happy.<\/font><\/p>\n<p>\n<font>Anyway, today I decided to revisit the Volcano on<br \/>\nDevil&#8217;s Isle, to see if the Chaos Storm had brought anything new to the<br \/>\ndomain of the Fire Drakes. I managed to convince the healer Aethelred<br \/>\nand the fighter Johan to accompany me, and we headed for the entrance<br \/>\nto the McBolie Caverns. However, when we arrived, I could not open the<br \/>\npath into the Caverns&#8211; I couldn&#8217;t even see it! Frustrated, we tried<br \/>\neverything from banging heads to whispering prayers, but it was all to<br \/>\nno avail. Thus, our party was forced to turn back, with the Volcano was<br \/>\nleft unexplored. At least my new map of Devil&#8217;s Isle is coming along<br \/>\nnicely.
