He pops out of the library<br \/>\nroughly every half an hour, and records information on all of the<br \/>\nexiles who are in the lands, taking down details about their race, sex,<br \/>\nprofession, and clan. While this is a little disturbing, Census claimed<br \/>\nthat he will share the results of his research with the public.
