Today I(along with Yella and Veq) actually had the opportunity of going on a Sarra expedition that didn’t end in a depart!… at least for the most part. The expedition began by heading through the mystic illusion on Gungla Island. Things started off well enough, and we were quickly able to secure the first snell.
\nHowever, things quickly fell apart when people began chasing after the cowardly Acid Cobras that reside in Sarra, and accidentally luring back monsters from other snells. Soon, more than half the party was fallen, with many of our healers fallen beyond healing.
\nI had to depart a number of times let re-enforcements in, but with the added help we were able to heal-up our fallen party members. With our party of more than 30 strong, the real exploration began.<\/p>\n

\nOnce everyone was back on their feet, we excersized a little more caution, and slowly retook the first snell, before heading west. The second snell was even worse than the first, but fortunately there was a safe cave on the snell in which we could retreat to. Unfortunately, exiting the safe cave deposited each of us in a random location on the snell, which proved to be quite chaotic.
\nWe made numerous attempts to take control of the snell, but our efforts were hindered by the powerful Sarra’dons and what must have been 50 Acid Cobras. After several hours of fighting and regrouping in the safe cave, we decided it was time to head out. However, this proved to be more difficult than we could have imagined.
\nThe first part of existing Sarra was relatively easy. We began by stepping through a pf path in the safe cave which led to the eastern part of Sarra. We ran into a number of Sarra’dons, but we were able to handle them quite easily. We even passed by the fabled lake of Sarra, where we caught glimpse of the magnificent Plesio’don.

\nThe next part of our journey proved to incredibly difficult, however. We reached the only exit from Sarra by navigating our way through a hedge maze inhabited by Sarra’dons. We then had to make our way through a twisting, narrow passage full of Valley Panthers, all the while dodging boulders being tossed at us by some very angry Sasquatches.

\nMost of our party fell trying to run through the passage, but a number of people managed to make it through, and they were able to chain the rest of out. We weren’t completely out yet, however. Our final trial involved jumping off of a small cliff into the Gungla desert. Fun!
\nIt is mystifying to me how a land reknowned in legend for it’s beauty and tranquility turned out to be so deadly and sadistic. I had heard from the inhabitants of Gungla that the Lady Sarra had been a beautiful woman with a pure heart, but if beautiful she was, it must have been the beauty of nature untamed, with a heart of pure evil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
