Day 99, Year 549
Things certainly seem to be moving along at a breakneck speed in
\nPuddleby as of late! I’ve been locked away in the library for the past
\nfew days, and when I stepped out today, I was nearly overwhelmed by the
\nmany new developments.

<\/b><\/p>\n

First of all, it seems that the water problem in the Puddleby
\nTemple grew to the point where an entire section of the Temple has
\ncollapsed underground! It seems that the water was not dripping in from
\nabove, as many believed, but was actually seeping up from underground.
\nWhat’s more, the problem was caused not by the Darshak, or the Orga, or
\nany of our enemies, but by our very own miners!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It seems that the stubborn dorfs wouldn’t know the words “safety” or
\n“caution” if they were hit on the head by them, on their silly little
\ndorf helmets. First we payed the miners to dig tunnels for us, and I
\nhave a feeling we’re going to end up paying them so they can fill them
\nright back up. The miners are now working on digging further
east of
\nPuddleby, and I am now taking bets as to whether they strike the Mystic
\nPub or the Auction House first…\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In other news, a party has finally managed to make a breakthrough in
\nthe Foothills! It seems that the crumbling wall near the Malachite Lair
\nhas finally crumbled, and opened up the passage to the south. The party
\ndiscovered a tome written by Giayl, which teaches how to open advanced
\npaths. Paramedic has written more on his Thoomcare<\/a> scroll.<\/p>\n

\nFinally, it seems that Kiril Drakesblood has been confirmed to be a
\nDarshak pirate, as many suspected. Many more spies have shown up in
\nPuddleby, and it is rumored that Kiril herself has been seen in the
\nlands on several occaisions. One of my friends was kidnapped just
\nearlier today, and later returned with the word “Tomorrow” branded
\nacross her forhead. The situation is tense as we await the coming of
\nKiril Drakseblood. It is now only 9 hours away from the 10th of Merdi. <\/p>\n
